We here British-Ghanaian Lawyers Union (BGLU) congratulate our member Rose Rameau, JD, LLM, FCIArb, Partner RAMEAU INTERNATIONAL LAW, in obtaining victory in the matter of Interocean Oil Development Company and Interocean Oil Exploration Company v. Federal Republic of Nigeria (ICSID Case No. ARB/13/20) for the Federal Republic of Nigeria, concerning an oil and gas dispute brought by a U.S company with Italian shareholders, worth approximately US$3 Billion.
