BGLU is delighted to announce the re-appointment of Partner Rose Rameau, JD, LLM, FCIArb a member of BGLU, as a Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for Haïti. Rose has been serving at the Court since 2017 and states: she is excited to serve for a second term under the leadership of the first woman President of the Court #Claudia Salomon. We are also happy to see the expansion of the Court in the Caribbean #Jamaica.” Members of the Court are appointed for three-year terms by the World Council.
